How Do I Submit A Request To The Architectural Committee for Review?
All activities that will alter the appearance of your house or front yard landscaping require a plan to be submitted for approval. This includes some items in your backyard (eg shade structures, windows, modification of patios).
The recommended process for a homeowner to submit a plan to the Architectural Committee is to gather the following:
- If it is a change to the front yard submit a drawing specifying desired changes and where. What type of plants you propose and where they will be planted.
- If it is a change to the structure which may be seen from anywhere in the common area, submit a description of the improvement including the dimensions, color, material and placement.
The homeowner should send plans to Silver Creek via their website portal, e-mail or mail. Silver Creek will then distribute to the Architectural Committee. The homeowner should hear back from them within 30 days.
